I’ve liked what I’ve seen (2003-12-14)
Dazed & Confused is a British "art/lifestyle/youth subculture" magazine. It started as a fanzine in London and has grown into a well rounded monthly glossy (and an expensive one at that). It is the lynchpin of the magazine publishing group that does "Annual" (retro culture) "Another Magazine" "Intersection" (about car culture), and "Rank". Dazed always has pretty good photographers, you’ll usually laugh at least once if you read the articles, and they manage to cover a lot of ground without being too pretentious. I haven’t been a dedicated follower of this magazine mostly because it’s hard to find in the US., however I love magazines in general, and this is definitely one of the best - the style : intelligence ratio is usually pretty high on this one.
